Axolotl Salamander

Axolotl Salamander
(Ambystoma mexicanum)This Peter Pan of salamanders never grows up - it is unique in spending its whole life in its juvenile form without ever changing into an adult. Recent surveys suggest that only between 700 and 1,200 axolotls survive in six reduced and scattered areas within the Xochimilco area of the Mexican Central Valley. Scientists are working to create wild refuges for the axolotl to try and prevent it going extinct in the wild.

Where to find your monthly FREE animal

To find your endangered animal every month just vist Magazine, Endangered Species-As shown above!

FREE Animals every month: FREE GORILLA

Hey guys click HERE for a free gorilla.

Every month they are doing a different endangered animal so be sure to check back in February and all other months as well!

February is coming soon though!

After you have adopted him it will say: A gorilla is waiting in your suite.

Hope you like him! I think he is absolutely adorable!

Information they tell you about the gorilla:

Gorillas
(Gorilla gorilla)The closest relatives of gorillas are chimpanzees and humans, from which gorillas diverged about 7 million years ago. Human genes differ only 1.6% on average from their corresponding gorilla genes in their sequence, but there is further difference in how many copies each gene has. Did you know that a group of Gorillas are called a Band?
I hope they do a tiger and dolphin-they are my favourite animals, land and sea.

The picture they use on Stardoll VVVVVVV
